The contact form prepares an email in the visitor's own email application; nothing reaches Accounting For Sure until that email is sent. The website concierge sends the visitor's typed message to Google's Gemini AI service to generate a reply, and briefly notes the visitor's IP address only to enforce a fair-use rate limit.
